1. Why do I have to prepay or pay you in advance?
In our model, when you partner with us, you’re not merely procuring services; you’re tapping into a network of dedicated experts who seamlessly integrate into your team. Our prepay system is tailored to encompass a range of administrative and overhead costs, including office space, transportation, internet access, and beyond. These provisions are all geared toward enhancing the efficiency of your dedicated employee’s work.
2. How does it work with Mindful US CPA?
Unlike conventional outsourcing services, we provide you with experienced and talented resources, which we like to refer to as ‘remote staffing solutions’. Instead of outsourcing your work to us, we enable you to hire the expertise/resource who works remotely for you just like your a local employee The only difference is that they work from our well-supervised office in India to give you the cost advantage of hiring someone at a fraction of what you would pay someone back home. It’s much like your own offshore office.
You can hire resources on a part-time or full-time basis. We run on a prepaid monthly model where you only have to pay after finalizing your resource. You do not have to commit to a time-bound contract as we offer monthly rolling contracts, which puts you in the driver’s seat with complete control.
You can choose to hire a single resource or an entire team, based on your requirements. Once we get you started with your employee/s, they are accountable and answerable only to you, as far as daily work is concerned. Furthermore, you can contact them directly via remote communication tools, such as Skype, e-mail, and phone calls.

3. Will the employee be employed by me or by you?
We take care of the hiring process for your requirements. Hence, the employees will be on our payroll. But that’s the extent of our involvement. Once you hire a resource, he/she will report directly to you and shall be answerable or accountable, only to you.
4. Can I hire a full time/part-time/hourly employee?
Certainly. We offer a client-centric pay model that offers you the flexibility of hiring in a format that best suits your needs. In the full and part-time formats, the resources you hire will be dedicated solely to your projects, i.e. exclusivity. However, in the hourly format, you are required to pre-purchase the minimum hours every month, wherein the resources are assigned to you as and when the need arises.

6. Can I hire an employee on a part-time basis and later on hire the same employee on a full-time basis?
Absolutely. At Mindful US CPA, the choice is always yours. We will never stipulate which resource to hire and for what duration. You can easily switch between part-time and full-time employees as per your business requirement.
7. I require an employee who is proficient in English. Is this possible?

1. How can I control my resources?
When you choose to hire a remote employee through us, it’s like having your own in-house team member. The distinction lies in collaborating with skilled offshore staff under our supervision. You retain full control over their work schedule and methods.
If you find that things aren’t aligning as expected, you have the option to request a replacement resource. Our HR team will swiftly arrange for a replacement to ensure minimal disruption, keeping you in control of the process at all times.
2. Can I send my device to the employee for testing purposes? What guarantee does Mindful US CPA give or the protection of the device?
You’re welcome to send your device to us, and you can trust that we’ll handle it with the utmost care, treating it as if it were our own. Our employee will meticulously conduct the testing process and provide you with a detailed report afterward.
3. What if my remote resource falls sick? Will I be provided with a backup resource for the duration of the original's absence?
Regarding backup support, if a remote employee is unable to return to work for an extended period due to illness, you can request a replacement through our HR team.

1. What’s the duration for the termination of contract with Mindful US CPA?
While it’s regrettable to part ways, in accordance with our contract terms, neither party is bound indefinitely. Termination requires a notice period of 15 to 30 days.
2. Do you enter into an NDA or a non-disclosure agreement at time of the contract?
Certainly! To ensure mutual confidentiality, we engage in a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with our clients. Additionally, if desired by the client, we are open to signing an NDA provided by them for added assurance.
3. Will I have to pay for the recruitment services?
Not at all! There are no charges for the recruitment process. You won’t incur any expenses until you officially hire a remote employee through us.
4. What is your pricing structure and what are the modes of payment do you accept?
While the starting rate for hiring a remote employee from us is as low as USD $6/hour, the overall pricing for a dedicated employee is flexible and subject to various factors.
